Get push notifications on your phone the moment you are dispatched for a job. iBulk shows the date and time for the trip and directions to the quarry or job site with real-time traffic conditions. iBulk clearly shows the details of contractor-mandated hauling routes. An owner of multiple trucks can see the job pay rates, but never the driver.
Add Tickets
Submit load tickets electronically using the camera on your smartphone. Simply scan the ticket with the Smart Scan feature, optionally enter any additional details, and submit it for processing. No more weekly trips to the office or drop box to deliver your tickets.
My Trucks
Review truck details such as the tag number, insurance expiration date, vehicle registration date, and VIN number — so you always know your truck is ready to go to work.
Documents
Submit required documents and contracts — signed broker / carrier agreements, insurance documentation, driver license, and vehicle registrations. They go directly to our motor carrier management department for immediate processing, helping you get to work faster.
Multi-Truck Management
Running multiple trucks? Use iBulk's sign in as a driver function so that drivers see only the dispatch and tickets that they submit, and hide all job pay rates and tickets hauled by other drivers. As the owner, you see all job pay rates, all tickets submitted, dispatch for all trucks, and can re-assign drivers to alternate trucks whenever you need to.
iBulk uses Genius Scan, a professional scanning engine developed in France. You aim it at a ticket, and it will automatically focus, detect the edges of the ticket, and take the picture for you.
